** About the Role
** As a
** Hospice Aide**, you will provide personal care and comfort to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You’ll assist with daily living activities, observe and report patient conditions, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Perform personal care needs promptly and respectfully
* Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
* Take and record vital signs as directed
* Provide skin care and prevent tissue breakdown
* Assist with ambulation and prescribed exercises
* Maintain cleanliness and order in the patient’s living area
* Offer respite care for families and caregivers
* Document care provided and observations accurately

* Qualifications:

*** Active
** Home Health Aide Certification
** through the California Department of Public Health
* Understanding of hospice philosophy and comfort with end-of-life care
* Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care
* Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, and frail
* Current CPR certification
* Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle
