Registered Nurse in La Mesa, CA

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Experience working in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or similar critical care/step-down environment
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Proficient in managing complex cases and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
• Exceptional communication and documentation abilities
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Deliver direct patient care to individuals with evolving and complex medical needs in a PCU setting
• Assess, monitor, and document patients responses to interventions and treatments
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and perform advanced nursing procedures as outlined by the care plan
• Coordinate with physicians, ancillary professionals, and patient families to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in patient and family education as needed
• Uphold strict patient safety standards and comply with facility policies and procedures

$3,225 - $3,400/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
