Night LVN - Skilled Nursing Facility

Sharp Grossmont in La Mesa, CA is seeking an LVN for night shifts to provide individualized nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse. You will collect assessments, contribute to the Plan of Care, and support patient and family education.
