As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a key role in shaping the patient’s experience from the moment they walk through the door. • Efficiently answer incoming calls, ensuring that each patient receives prompt and courteous service.

• Maintaining a well-organized and up-to-date appointment calendar, ensuring that all patients are scheduled accurately and appropriately for their treatments.

• Collectaccuratepatient data, ensuring that all entries are compliant with privacy laws (HIPAA) andmaintainsthe highest level of confidentiality.

• Verify and update patient insurance information prior to appointments to ensureaccuratebilling and coverage.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in building relationships with children and families.

• Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, andmaintainefficiency in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in documentation and patient records.

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach, dedicated to enhancing patient experiences.

• Basic office and computer skills, includingproficiencyin Microsoft office and typing
