Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing warehouse staff, overseeing loading and unloading activities, ensuring safety and accuracy, and maintaining efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can make quick, informed decisions, communicate effectively across departments, and maintain high standards of safety and organization.

• Manage and lead the warehouse team to ensure trucks and trailers are loaded and unloaded safely and efficiently
• Review shipment destinations and ensure all furniture and freight are properly wrapped, secured, and protected from damage
• Ensure 100% of trailers are loaded correctly for safe transport
• Monitor and evaluate loading and unloading processes to maintain high safety and efficiency standards
• Ensure all freight is scanned and barcoded accurately
• Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager and Dispatch Department regarding workflow, issues, and updates
• Make real-time staffing and scheduling decisions based on volume and operational needs
• Inspect tools, equipment, and work areas to maintain a safe warehouse environment
• Assist with locating items and maintaining warehouse organization
• Work assigned shifts and remain flexible to support customer pickup and delivery schedules

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management preferred
• Experience with moving companies or furniture handling is a plus (not required)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
• Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple priorities, and lead by example
