The Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct patient care in a patient’s place of residence under the direction/supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role includes providing nursing care within the scope of practice for licensed vocational nursing and accepting responsibility for individual nursing actions, competence, decisions, and behavior in the course of vocational nursing practice. The Licensed Vocational Nurse demonstrates performance consistent with the PIH Health vision of Patients First.
