Responsibilities- Learn to generate new business through conversations, follow-up, and relationship building
- Attend daily coaching sessions to build confidence and productive habits
- Grow and maintain a long-term client database using proven systems
- Show properties, host open houses, and support clients through their home search
- Learn to conduct buyer and seller consultations with professionalism and clarity
- Use office systems and tools to track activity, goals, and results
- Collaborate with experienced agents to learn real-world strategies that open escrows
- Stay consistent with training, accountability check-ins, and office participation
- Active real estate license or currently enrolled in pre-licensing coursework
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career in real estate
- Coachable mindset with willingness to follow proven systems and structure
- License is required in order to earn income
- Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and through text or email
- Comfortable building relationships and engaging in business, generating conversations
