- $10k Fast Start Bonus Per Month for 12 months (total $120k First Year). Requires one new commercial account with at least 250 employees, achieved every two weeks.
- $2,500 First Week Training Pay for the first five training days.
- $500 per virtual appointment bonus with food, no bonus limit.
- Up to $1,500 per week for meeting minimum call and one qualified onsite appointment.
- 200% of the profit margin for the first 90 days of orders shipped.
- 40% to 59% of the profit margin after 90 days.
- Up to $10k new client account credits.
- Up to $5k new account donation credits.
- Up to $400 of gift cards for business building activities.

Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and acquire new commercial accounts with 250+ employees.
- Drive outbound sales initiatives, including virtual and onsite appointments.
- Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring repeat orders and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet company revenue targets.
- Track sales activity and reporting in the company portal.
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct technology sales experience.
- Strong understanding of AI, cloud, storage, and security solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
