Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $35.00/hr
About the roleIn this frontline role as an Inside Sales Support/Order Processor, you will play a key part in supporting and processing incoming sales from both our external sales team and direct customer inquiries. You will help ensure that attachment systems are structurally sound, cost-effective, and labor-saving for installers. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a unique industry while supporting high-visibility projects across sectors such as Hospitals, Biotech, Microelectronics, Military/Government, and large-scale Commercial Construction.
You will be responsible for daily inside sales activities, including order intake and processing from sales representatives and customers, supporting internal branches and contractor offices/job sites, and ensuring that our labor-saving attachment solutions are delivered accurately and on time.
Essential duties and responsibilities- Manage and process incoming orders from both sales representatives and customers with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Field and direct all incoming Tomarco calls, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up.
- Enter items and pricing into the system for accurate sales orders.
- Prioritize customer orders and coordinate with production teams to meet deadlines.
- Support production teams with scheduling, coordination, and documentation as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by fostering respectful and professional relationships.
- Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, trucks, related machinery).
- Maintain accurate records by completing all required paperwork promptly and legibly.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Generate invoices, shipping labels, and documentation for sales orders and staff shipments.
- Assist sales staff with preparing quotes, proposals, letterheads, and marketing materials.
- Track open orders and follow up to ensure timely billing and fulfillment.
- Review and verify incoming purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter order details into the system (ERP, CRM, or LMS) promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
- Communicate order status, delays, or issues to customers and internal stakeholders, including sales personnel.
- Monitor order progress and follow up on back orders or special requests.
- Resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or shipping.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to streamline the order-to-cash process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer-specific requirements.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service or inside sales (construction supply experience strongly preferred).
- Software
Skills:
Proficiency with MAS/SAGE software required; ERP/CRM systems experience a plus. - Industry Knowledge: Previous inside sales or customer service in construction or industrial sales preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; strong computer literacy. - Professional

Strong communication (verbal & written), organizational skills, and attention to detail. - Work Style: Ability to work independently while following processes; thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Preferred: Familiarity with the construction industry; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
