We are seeking a knowledgeable, customer‑focused technician to join the Crown team in La Verne, CA. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing lift trucks of all makes and performing maintenance and service tasks at customer sites.

Job Duties- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown lift trucks and other makes.
- Perform planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
- Maintain a service van and its inventory.
- Process paperwork after completion of each job.
- Less than 2 years related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to operate lift trucks safely.
- Good mechanical and electrical aptitude, knowledge of electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines; ability to read schematics.
- Strong written and verbal communication and customer‑care skills.
- Technical degree, prior lift‑truck repair or welding experience, and familiarity with testing equipment.
- Experience with tools such as hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder.
- Industry‑related training or certification preferred.
- Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow through.
