Warehouse Vendor Compliance Clerk – Full Time 1st Shift

Shift: 4:00 am – 12:30 pm, Monday‑Friday

• Warehouse Inventory Control: Review inventory, reconcile discrepancies, identify delivery shortages, maintain inventory records; operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks while adhering to safety procedures.
• Warehouse Clerk: Confirm product accuracy, address discrepancies and damages with colleagues; communicate professionally with internal and external contacts to clarify and resolve issues; operate material handling equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Work as an SC3 associate, with the flexibility to move into other roles (SC1, SC2) as needed.
• Support Staples Supply Chain success by ensuring safe work practices and embracing the safety culture.

• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Independent, analytical thinking with mathematical problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient use of Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and ability to learn WMS systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with team members at all levels.
• Inclusive approach and ability to build strong relationships.
• Basic housekeeping in assigned warehouse areas.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and commitment to safe work practices.
• Material handling equipment certification (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.).
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).

• Pass a legal drug screen.
• Full‑time associate must be willing to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift (overtime as needed).
• Work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Lift, push or pull boxes weighing 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Wear safety composite work shoes.
• Walk and stand 100 % of the time.
• Be at least 18 years old.

• 1+ year of warehouse experience, including MHE operation and inventory control.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

• Competitive pay: $22.50 /hour.
• Receive a pair of work shoes after 60 days.
