Reports To: Inventory Supervisor or Warehouse Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

The Cycle Counter is responsible for accurately counting and recording inventory to ensure the integrity of inventory data in the warehouse or storage facility. This position plays a critical role in identifying inventory discrepancies, supporting stock accuracy, and helping to maintain smooth warehouse operations.

• Perform daily cycle counts of inventory in specified locations.
• Accurately record quantities of products using handheld scanners or manual logs.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies (shortages, overages, and damages).
• Assist with root cause analysis of inventory issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with inventory control, receiving, and shipping teams to ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain clean and organized inventory areas.
• Assist in periodic full physical inventory counts, as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or cycle counting experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Familiarity with inventory software and RF scanners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• May involve standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
