We are currently seeking an exceptional Human Resources Generalist to join our Team. We provide competitive salaries and benefits.
• Assist with all aspects of human resources including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation systems, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, conflicts, and inquiries in a professional and confidential manner
• Provide guidance and support to both employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Facilitate resolution of employee issues, mediate disputes, and help foster a positive work environment
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolutions
• Assist with the development of strategic HR policies aligned with organizational goals to foster a progressive work environment.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify current staffing needs and work with internal recruiters to create effective recruitment strategies.
• Support maintaining compliance with labor laws/regulations.
Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, with a focus on employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Knowledge of labor laws and industry regulations to ensure compliance.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective relationships with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
• Proficient in utilizing HR software systems for data management and reporting purposes.
• PHR or SPHR a plus, but not required.
