Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. The role involves managing a single store to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Operate the day‑to‑day functions of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial targets.

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knives and other equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach counter tops 36 inches to serve customers.

They must operate in a fast‑paced environment, communicate verbally, adapt to dynamic priorities, and manage conflicts.
