St. Nick’s Christmas Lighting & Décor is looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to grow our commercial and municipal client portfolio. This role is built for a relationship-driven seller who thrives in consultative, long‑cycle B2B sales and wants autonomy, ownership, and real impact.
For over 25 years, St. Nick’s has delivered large-scale holiday décor for cities, shopping centers, and destination venues across the U.S. Our projects don’t sit in spreadsheets—they define public spaces and experiences.
The Role- Own and grow a portfolio of municipal, commercial real estate, and venue clients
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → presentations → negotiation → close
- Build long‑term client relationships that renew year after year
- Represent St. Nick’s at industry trade shows and in‑person meetings
- Collaborate closely with creative, production, and operations teams
- Track activity and forecasts in Zoho CRM
- 3+ years of success in B2B or enterprise sales
- Experience with municipalities, venues, commercial real estate, or multi‑stakeholder buyers preferred
- Comfortable generating new business through outreach, networking, and events
- Strong communicator and negotiator with a consultative sales approach
- Self‑directed, organized, and accountable
- Willing to travel for trade shows and client meetings
- A relationship‑first seller who enjoys longer sales cycles
- Someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and visible impact
- A professional who prefers quality accounts over high‑volume transactions
- Transactional or inside‑only sales
