Salary Range: $22.00 To $24.00 Hourly

$22.00 - $24.00, depending on experience

Customers count on our counter team for the right door and gate automation products and clear answers. In this role, you’ll handle more involved product questions, warranty requests, special orders, and shipping details while helping keep the branch organized and ready for customers.

• Help customers select products, confirm availability and pricing, and follow through on their orders and accounts.
• Process advanced warranty requests, advance replacements, repairs, returns, and incoming warranty validation.
• Follow up on special orders and process UPS and delivery returns, small-carrier shipments, and shipping quotes.
• Support end-of-day reporting when needed, including warranty returns and UPS call tags.
• Keep stock, labels, and the counter area organized; work with teammates and vendors to resolve problems.

• Experience in customer-facing sales and the ability to explain technical products clearly and accurately.
• Strong follow-through with orders, returns, and detailed processes, even when priorities change.
• Comfort building customer relationships and asking the right people for information when a problem needs research.
• A dependable approach to teamwork, safety, and maintaining an organized branch.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the role, including lifting, carrying, and working in a warehouse environment.
