** Job Summary
** Charles Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Non-Invasive Cardiologist to lead our La Plata location. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled cardiologist looking to be part of a collaborative and cohesive team in a supportive rural healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care for adult patients, including general and preventative cardiology services in an inpatient rural setting.
• Conduct physical examinations, diagnose and manage cardiovascular diseases, order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs, and prescribe medications.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient-centered care.

** Education & Certification:*
* • Board Certification in Cardiology required.
• Active State Medical License, DEA, and State Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).

* Experience:

* • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in cardiology or a related field.

* • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
• Critical thinking and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.
