Complete Care at La Plata is seeking an experienced and passionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in La Plata, Maryland. Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee daily operations, including financial performance, staffing, resident satisfaction, and facility safety.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth among department heads and staff.
- Partner with clinical leadership to maintain and enhance our 5-star quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to implement organizational goals and initiatives.
- Serve as the face of the facility, maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the broader community.
- Current and active Maryland Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Administrator in a skilled nursing or subacute facility.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, clinical operations, and reimbursement practices.
- Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
