Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality rehabilitation services to patients. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing patients' well-being and promoting their independence.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement treatment plans that focus on improving patients' abilities to perform daily tasks and activities.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in occupational therapy.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines of the field.
- Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
- Proficiency in assessing and designing treatment plans to meet patients' needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
