Job RequirementsThe Manager has twenty‑four hour responsibility for management of their assigned service lines/areas such that the delivery of high quality patient care is assured and designated budgetary parameters are maintained.
Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and implement effective strategies to enhance the financial performance of the department and the organization.
The ability to ensure the confidentiality and rights of all patient and departmental documents is required.
Work ExperienceTo qualify for the position, the candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing; currently licensed as an RN in the State of Maryland. Must meet all unit specific certification requirements: (BCLS, and service line requirements such as PALS, ACLS), Professional Certification preferred. Three to five years’ leadership/managerial experience preferred.

Compensation- Pay Range: $54.42-$81.64/hour
