• Lead a team to ensure the smooth operation of our food service department, overseeing food preparation, inventory, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction, support the Store Manager in achieving financial goals, and maintain a positive, productive work environment while stepping in as acting Store Manager when needed.
• Create Excellent Guest Experiences: ensure guests have an unforgettable experience with their favorite food items always available and a spotless store.
• Build Teams and Leaders: recruit, train, and develop a diverse, people‑focused team.
• Grow Sales and Manage Inventory: drive sales growth, manage inventory, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Operate with Brand Excellence: maintain high standards and ensure the store is ready for any guest or inspection.
• Lead Food Safety and Operations: oversee food safety and operations, ensuring team members are Serv Safe certified.

• Experience:
  
  3–5 years in food service or retail management or equivalent.
• Education:
  
  high school diploma or equivalent (2‑year college degree preferred).
• Communication: strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic Business
  
  Skills:
  
  proficiency in business math, P&L analysis, and technology.
• Travel and Physical Stamina: willingness to travel for training and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
