They also support local communities through the TCC Gives program, which offers 16 paid volunteer hours per year, grant requests up to $10,000 per quarter, and participation in quarterly community initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), and Rock the Pantry (food drive). • Average Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year

• Act as a passionate customer advocate to assist, advise, and educate customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction with a focus on value for all customers.
• Conduct outreach to customers seeking information, using excellent communication skills and company resources.
• Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Pursue retail sales milestone goals and balance customer experience with performance objectives.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more, maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in multiple locations.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
