• Foster positive customer relationships, troubleshoot issues, and guarantee a seamless, enjoyable experience.
• Perform indoor and outdoor installation tasks at customer residences and commercial buildings while following strict safety guidelines.
• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers, ensuring optimal performance.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures in this safety‑sensitive role.

• Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to exemplary service.
• Motivated to learn the latest technologies and ready to master new challenges.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and advise customers on product solutions.
• Desire to continuously learn relevant new technologies.

• Must climb ladders and meet manufacturer safety requirements.
• Carries body weight plus 25 lbs of tools/equipment, not exceeding 375 pounds.
• Ability to lift 60–80 pounds and climb 28–36 foot ladders.
• Work may occur in unheated or unair‑conditioned environments, outdoors or indoors, regardless of weather.
• May require kneeling, crawling, bending, or other positions that may be uncomfortable.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre‑employment drug test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check.
• Work flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings.
