Otolaryngology Physician

Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a busy, well-established practice. This is a hospital-employed position that offers a unique opportunity to take over a long-standing practice with a large, loyal patient base.

You will be working alongside an experienced PA, an on-site audiologist, and dedicated front office support. The clinic is located right on the lake, providing a picturesque and peaceful setting with modern, state-of-the-art equipment inside a brand-new hospital facility built in 2021.

• ENT position with well-established referral patterns and immediate volume
• Clinic located lakeside, just minutes from the hospital
• 2 designated OR days per week with 8 OR suites available
• Average of 20+ patients/day in clinic
• Bread-and-butter ENT with a high volume of pediatric cases
• Common in-office procedures: tracheostomy care, fiber optic laryngoscopy, endoscopic nasal exams
• Flexible call schedule, with PA support for shared coverage
• Full audiology services provided in-house
• Fully integrated EMR and well-oiled operational workflow
