We are looking for a/an Air Sprayer Hi-Coat to join our  team in United States.

• Surface Preparation
  :
  Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grit blasting, and masking as necessary to ensure proper adhesion of thermal spray coatings.
• Air Spray Application
  :
  Apply paints and/or slurries using HVLP/conventional spray equipment.
• Material Selection
  :
  Select appropriate materials based on project requirements and specifications.
• Quality Control
  :
  Inspect coated surfaces for uniformity, thickness, and adherence to standards.
• Documentation
  :
  Maintain accurate records of coating parameters, material usage, and process details.
• Safety Compliance
  :
  Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of air spray equipment.
• Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with other team members, engineers, and supervisors to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting
  :
  Perform routine maintenance on air spray equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the coating process.

• Experience
  :
  Previous experience in air spraying is preferred. Ability to learn turbo machinery equipment basics.
• Attention to Detail
  :
  Precision and meticulousness in coating application to achieve consistent results.
• Safety Consciousness
  :
  Strict adherence to safety guidelines and protocols. Ability to safely operate forklifts.
• Team Player
  :
  Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Documentation Skills
  :
  Accurate record-keeping and documentation.
• Physical Stamina
  :
  The role involves standing, lifting, and working in a variety of environments. Physical ability to work in a shop environment.
• Shift Availability
  :
  This is a day shift position. Be available to work overtime when necessary.
