Production Supervisor

Production Floor Supervisor | $24/hour | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

This role is on the floor, in the action, setting the pace for the shift and leading by example. As a Production Floor Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of daily operations, guide your team through production goals, and ensure safety and quality are never compromised. You’ll work closely with plant leadership and fellow supervisors to keep production moving smoothly from shift to shift while maintaining high standards and strong morale.

Lead daily operations on the manufacturing floor, manage workflow, and drive safety, quality, and productivity through hands-on leadership.

• Set and execute daily production schedules, monitor workflow across all lines, and adjust in real time to meet deadlines.
• Coach, train, and develop employees, providing clear expectations and constructive feedback to help people succeed.
• Enforce safety policies without exception, maintain accurate production and inventory records, complete end-of-day documentation, and ensure shipping and receiving processes are followed correctly.
• Play a key role in continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

• At least three years of supervisory experience and a solid understanding of production processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently; strong attendance, sound judgment, and a hands-on leadership style.
• Experience with ISO standards, forklifts, manufacturing systems, or workforce software is a plus.

The schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with overtime as needed. The work is physical at times and requires being on your feet for most of the shift, in an environment where safety, focus, and teamwork matter every day.
