Nurse Practitioner

Overview

Quality Correctional Care is looking for Nurse Practitioners to join our team. This role involves leading a team of medical staff and providing treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions. The NP will contribute to the advancement of Quality Correctional Care in the northern region of Indiana. A flexible/hybrid schedule and travel accommodations are provided to support responsibilities.

Quality Correctional Care provides medical, mental health, and addiction services in the county jail setting. We are Indiana owned and serve a large portion of the market. We value Advocacy, Courtesy, Efficiency, and Safety.

Mission:
To assist corrections-involved individuals in their healthcare journey from initial interaction with law enforcement through successful transition to the community.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed to practice medicine in the state of hire. References and a cleared background check.

Pay is based on licensure and previous experience. Correctional experience is preferred but not required. Preference for candidates with Family Practice, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine background.

Location:

Travel to various correctional facilities in the Northwestern part of the state (examples of counties may include Porter, LaPorte, St. Joseph, Starke, Jasper).

Hours:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Some flexibility and weekend availability every 4-6 weeks.
