Senior Account Manager

Overview

Senior Account Manager at Conco Services LLC located in La Porte, TX. Responsible for selling pre‑commissioning services to existing and new customers in the petrochemical and industrial markets.

• Generate revenue by selling Conco’s services to existing and potential new customers.
• Maintain and expand services sold to existing accounts.
• Cold call new accounts to expand customer base.
• Demonstrate services and participate in trade shows and conferences.

• College degree preferred;
  High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 8‑10 years sales experience, petrochemical industry highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills (both orally and written).
• Ability to travel throughout the country, including overnight travel and occasional weekend travel.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong background in industrial sales.

• Stand, walk and move for extended periods (8+ hours per day).
• Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching and reaching.
• Submit to periodic drug and background screenings (employment contingent upon favorable results).
• Work in outdoor and indoor environments, sometimes in extreme weather conditions.
• Has dependable transportation and willing to travel to customer facilities.

Remote or industrial locations such as oil rigs, refineries, power plants, manufacturing facilities or industrial plants. Employees may be exposed to loud noise, heavy machinery, hazardous materials, high pressure equipment, confined spaces and extreme temperatures. Rotational schedules and extended shifts are common. Safety is a top priority, with rigorous training protocols and PPE, including hard hats, gloves and high‑visibility clothing.
