• Manage month-end and year-end close processes

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements

• Perform financial analysis and provide business insights to leadership

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Assist with external audits and compliance requirements

• Drive accounting process improvements and system enhancements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

• Experience working with ERP systems

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation
