• Develop and execute procurement strategies for rotating equipment, spare parts, and maintenance services.
• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends and assess risks to maintain competitive pricing and supply continuity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and establish purchasing plans.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and company standards in all procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
• Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or payment disputes with suppliers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
