Position:
Clerk, Elementary School Counselors The assignmentwill be split betweenmultiplecampuses.

Job Description:

Facilitate the efficient operation of campus counselor’s office and provide clerical services toelementary counselors. Keep accurate records and reports as directed by the counselor or administrative team.

Handle confidential information and frequent contact with all levels of district personnel, outside agencies and the general public.

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient skills in typing, word processing, file maintenance, computers, and office equipment
• Knowledge of school district organization and operations preferred]
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Assist counselors at assigned campuses with the routine work activities of the office. Handle confidential information from all levels of district personnel, outside agencies, parents, and the general public.

The district contributes $400/monthly to the cost of "employee-only" health insurance which is $175/monthly greater than the state required amount of $225/monthly.
