ResponsibilitiesThe Instructor & Company Ambassador is a full-time, on-site role based in La Porte, Tx. This position is responsible for delivering training programs to field personnel, requiring knowledge of safety procedures, technical skills, and company standards. The role includes preparing instructional materials, leading classroom and hands-on training sessions, and assessing participant understanding and compliance. As a Company Ambassador, the individual represents Stronghold’s values and services to clients, partners, and trainees, promotes a culture of safety and professionalism, and supports onboarding and ongoing development initiatives for one of the Stronghold Companies.
The role may also involve coordinating with operations leadership to identify training needs, tracking training completion, and providing feedback to improve programs and overall workforce readiness.

- Experience with one or more of the following:
Industrial Cleaning (Hydroblasting & Vacuuming), Bolting & Torquing, Rigging, Cranes, Mobile & Heavy Equipment Operation, Catalyst changeout, CPR/First Aid/AED, Rescue OR other technical expertise relevant to the Stronghold Companies, GEM Specialized Services, and/or Evergreen Industrial Services - Demonstrated experience in training, instruction, or classroom facilitation in industrial, technical, or safety-focused environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build trust.
- Knowledge of refinery, petrochemical, or midstream operations, data centers, or related industrial sectors.
- Commitment to safety culture, including familiarity with OSHA and industry best practices and the ability to model safe behaviors.
- Organizational and time-management skills for planning sessions, maintaining training records, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in industrial settings, including potential travel to different facilities within the United States.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., presentation software, learning management systems, email) to support training activities.
- Relevant education or certifications in training, safety, industrial operations, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
