We have a great opportunity in houston for a Project Manager experienced in leading the execution of capital projects. You will work with a leader in the gas industry.
The Capital Project Manager will lead the estimating, planning, execution and schedule and cost management of DCS (distributed control system) upgrade projects raning from $250K to $8MM.
- Create scope of work
- Lead bidding process
- Manage 3rd party contractors
- Coordinate and manage Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for control system projects
- Collaborate with SME's to ensure control system designs are in adherence to applicable standards
- Manage multiple project concurrently with proven experience in scoping project, estimating, scheduling, critical path analysis, budgeting, cost control and design/scope changes
- Develop SOW and preliminary estimates
- Establish project budgets (Pre-FEED and FEED studies)
