Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Join to apply for the CSTS RED IO Project Manager role at Code Red Safety.
Directs and oversees Technology Services Group Project Personnel assigned to them for their turnaround.
Plans, develops, and coordinates start-up and close-out of turnaround projects.
Involved with setting up equipment on site for their assigned turnaround.
Adheres strictly to all Code Red Safety Procedures, Policies & Protocols at the On-Site location.
Communicates with the Sales force to ensure all customer expectations are met.
Reports to senior management on project scheduling and overall performance of turnaround.
Processes daily cost reports to ensure correct invoicing.
Coordinates all turnaround activities and interfaces with customer management or supervision to resolve issues during a turnaround.
Maintains tools, camera equipment, portable electronics, gas detection, and communication equipment.
Oversees operation of confined space monitoring technology during a turnaround to support 24-hour dispatch.
Ensures PPE equipment is available.
Identifies needs and submits requests for equipment and materials for on-site support.
Establishes performance standards and maintains personnel accountability.
Ensures tasks are performed per Code Red Safety RED IO Operating Procedures.
Supports professional development and training of subordinates.
Maintains integrity and professionalism in duties.
Ensures safety for self and others through meetings and vigilance.
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 Years in Supervisory Position
- Technical knowledge of Windows-based software and other programs
- Industrial Safety Experience (OSHA 10 or 30, etc.) Preferred
- TWIC Card
- Legal US work authorization
- Over 18 years old
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Willing to travel out of state
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week for the project duration
- Team player
- Ability to ascend heights up to 300 feet using stairs or ladders
- Work in confined spaces
- Meet body weight restrictions per Customer Job Specification
- Lift/move up to 50 pounds to chest level; 25 pounds above head
- Able to walk over one mile in PPE to/from site
- Able to wear PPE for extended hours in various conditions
- Stand for at least 2.5 hours
- Kneel, crouch, or crawl in different environments
- Good vision and hearing, ability to discern colors
- Meet additional Customer Specifications, such as MEQ prior to employment
- Follow client written and verbal requirements
- Wear safety PPE including respiratory and fall protection if required
