Overview:

Chadwell Supply Receiving Personnel receive and stock product goods from vendors, distribution centers, and delivery drivers. Work schedules vary and may include nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. The Receiving Manager oversees inbound product checks against packing slips and ensures accurate recording by bin location in the system.

Requirements:

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Previous supervisory experience and at least 3 years in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Servant’s heart.

Impact:

  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise the receiving team and demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Assist with employee reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure timely receipt and proper stocking of inbound products.
  • Address product issues and discrepancies.
  • Assist with backorders and expedite orders.
  • Train employees on duties and policies.
  • Discuss performance issues and work on resolutions.
  • Implement policies and standards.
  • Manage direct reports ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee accurate receiving and recording of products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
