About the Role

The Vice President of Sales ‑ Gulf Region is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role involves leading and managing the sales team, setting sales goals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the sales team’s alignment with the company’s overall objectives.

What You’ll Do
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
    • Set clear and measurable sales targets, both short‑term and long‑term, and create actionable plans to achieve them.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt the sales strategy as needed.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and inspire the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to maximize their potential.
    • Build and maintain a high‑performance sales team by recruiting, training, and evaluating sales professionals.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales department.
  • Revenue Generation:
    • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and maximizing sales to existing customers.
    • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to secure strategic accounts and partnerships.
    • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure product‑market fit and effective sales strategies.
    • Implement and manage sales technologies and tools to optimize sales processes and efficiency.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the sales department budget, allocating resources effectively to support sales objectives.
    • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and alignment with financial goals.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership with a minimum of [X] years of experience in sales management and [X] years in a senior leadership role.
