2nd Shift: 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm

• Ensure reliability of machinery and equipment by performing preventive maintenance on machinery and systems.
• Execute tasks such as mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, sketches, engineering specifications, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments to determine dimensional requirements of parts.
• Assemble, install, adjust, and calibrate mechanical and electrical machinery and equipment; dismantle, repair, rebuild, and replace equipment and parts as needed.
• Adhere to all plant safety policies and participate in plant‑wide safety, housekeeping, Operational Excellence, and Lean Manufacturing programs.
• Provide assistance and guidance to junior maintenance colleagues.
• Execute preventive maintenance on machines and electrical cabinets (cleaning, tightening terminals, replacing devices, organizing cables, grounding components, replacing sensors, re‑configuring control and power cables).
• Manage work orders on the e‑Maint platform to document all executed tasks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLCs, including I/O card failures and motor control issues.
• Perform predictive maintenance on main power cabinets using thermal imaging.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for major breakdowns on machines.
• Replace and configure servo drives, VFDs, HMIs, and 480 V AC/120 V AC motors.
• Identify and repair electric controls, motor control centers, and programmable logic controls.
• Maintain equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations, or tests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Preferred:
  Electrician Industrial License.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of recent experience in an industrial/manufacturing maintenance position.
• Completion of required courses from an accredited or approved educational source or demonstrated equivalent knowledge through sufficient job experience.

• Proficiency with hand, power, and specialty tools and diagnostic equipment to complete job tasks.
• Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery, and electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and work orders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with effective communication of issues and solutions to team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience troubleshooting, disassembling, and reassembling manufacturing equipment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under limited supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and related software.

Pay: $36.63 per hour. The position may also be eligible for a short‑term incentive.
