Kitting Department Lead

We are looking for a Kitting Department Lead to oversee daily kitting operations for a production environment. This role is responsible for managing order flow, positioning employees for efficiency, and making decisions that support production output. The ideal candidate will understand order and process lists, work with machinery and equipment involved in the process, and troubleshoot issues independently as they arise.

Previous SAP experience is preferred, along with experience in a similar production environment. This position requires strong leadership ability and a solid understanding of production operations, rather than general warehouse experience alone. The role is Monday through Friday and requires bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

• Pay rate: $18.07 per hour.

• Monday through Friday schedule supports a consistent workweek.

• Process orders and understand order and process lists accurately.

• Determine employee placement to maximize production and operational efficiency.

• Delegate work and manage employee flow on the line effectively.

• Understand the process from beginning to end and support daily operations.

• Work with the machinery and equipment involved in the kitting process.

• Make independent decisions and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Strong leadership ability with experience guiding production teams.

• Solid understanding of production operations and workflow management.

• Ability to process orders and interpret order and process lists.

• Experience working with machinery and equipment in a production setting.

• Prior SAP experience or experience in a similar production environment.

• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.

$18.07 per hour
