Job Description
Garda World Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer. In this role you will read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Physical ability is essential as you will patrol environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers.

- Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED
- Pass extensive screening process
- First aid certification is an asset
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid TWIC card (current, hard copy)
- 21 or older
- At least 2 years of security experience
- Pass 10‑year background and driving screening
- Pass Reid or equivalent test
