Forklift Operator

We are seeking a 3rd shift forklift operator for a distribution center environment. This position requires at least 2-3 years of forklift experience and prior experience in a distribution center is preferred. The work schedule follows a 12-hour Pitman Schedule from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM. New hire training will take place on 1st shift for the first 1-2 weeks, running from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

OSHA Forklift Certification is preferred for this role. The pay rate for this position is $19.36 per hour. This opportunity is focused on safe, reliable material handling and consistent performance in a structured shift-based operation.

• Pay rate is $19.36 per hour for this forklift operator position.
• 12-hour Pitman Schedule provides a consistent 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM overnight shift.
• First 1-2 weeks of training are scheduled on 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

• Operate a forklift during the 3rd shift in a distribution center environment.
• Follow a 12-hour Pitman Schedule from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM consistently.
• Complete the initial 1-2 weeks of training on 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Use prior forklift experience to support safe and efficient material handling.
• Apply distribution center experience when working in a fast-paced operational setting.

• You should have at least 2-3 years of forklift operating experience.
• Previous distribution center experience is preferred for this material handling role.
• OSHA Forklift Certification is preferred for this forklift operator position.
• You must be able to work overnight hours on a 3rd shift schedule.
• You should be comfortable adapting to a 1st shift training schedule before assignment.

$19.36 per hour
