Previous fence installation experience is a plus but not required. We are open to candidates with backgrounds in construction, landscape installation, concrete work, metal fabrication, or similar hands-on trades.
We are not looking for someone with only basic warehouse or loading/unloading experience. Candidates should have practical experience working with tools and assisting with construction or installation projects.

- Measure, mark, cut, and prepare materials for installation.
- Dig post holes, mix concrete, and assist with setting and leveling fence posts.
- Help install fence rails, braces, fittings, and chain-link materials.
- Use hand and power tools, including drills, grinders, saws, levels, wrenches, and post-hole equipment.
- Assist experienced installers with stretching and securing fencing.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment.
- Perform repairs, adjustments, and general installation tasks as directed.
- Maintain clean and organized jobsites and assist with cleanup when needed.
- Follow all jobsite safety procedures.
- Previous experience in construction, landscape installation, fencing, concrete work, or similar hands-on labor.
- Must have experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Comfortable digging, lifting, carrying materials, and working outdoors.
- Ability to lift approximately 50–75 lbs.
- Willingness to learn fence installation techniques and assist experienced crew members.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Steel-toe boots required.
- Fence or gate installation
- Landscape construction or hardscaping
- Concrete mixing and post setting
- Metal cutting and assembly
- Construction site preparation
- Use of post-hole diggers, augers, grinders, and drills
Someone who has worked on a construction, landscaping, or installation crew, knows their way around basic tools, and isn't afraid of physically demanding outdoor work. Previous fencing experience is a bonus, but a strong work ethic and practical hands-on skills are most important.
