Forklift Operator

Automation Personnel Services is looking for experienced Forklift Operators with specific experience operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift and forklifts equipped with multi-pallet (double pallet / 4-fork) attachments. This role is critical in supporting high-volume warehouse operations and ensuring efficient movement of inventory.

$16.50per hour

Monday-Friday 6:00 am-6:00 pm (rotational shift), some Saturdays when required

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift or with multi-pallet / double pallet fork attachments
• Lift, move, and transport two pallets at a time in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Load and unload trailers efficiently while maintaining safety standards
• Stage, organize, and relocate inventory throughout the facility
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
• Follow all OSHA andcompany safety guidelines at all times
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills to ensure accurate counts and paperwork.
• Minimum 1–2 years of forklift experience (sit-down counterbalance required)
• Experience with double pallet, multi-pallet, or specialty fork attachments REQUIRED
• Ability to safely handle high-volume warehouse operations
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be dependable and able to work assigned schedule
• High-volume distribution center or manufacturing environment
• Experience handling bulk pallet movement or multi-load transport
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory flow and staging processes
• Must be willing and able tolift upto
  75pounds safely.(Assessment administered in Office)
