• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers and answer questions.
• Clean display cases, shelves, and self‑serve displays.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain product inventory.
• Perform heavy lifting, bending, and stooping for long periods.
• Work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings to customers and coworkers.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 45–60 pounds occasionally.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills (extra awesome).
• Retail Management Certificate (extra awesome).
