We are looking for a highly motivated, customer‑focused Spa Attendant to be responsible for the guest experience within the resort/hotel spa, ensuring guests have an enjoyable, relaxing experience by engaging with them in a courteous and efficient manner.

• Greeting clients as they enter the Spa.
• Providing clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features.
• Assisting clients and guests with proper equipment usage.
• Booking treatments by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area.
• Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security Department.
• Monitoring the spa and fitness room for cleanliness, safety, and providing direction or instruction when appropriate.

• Ability to obtain a CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical ability to bend, push/pull, lift and carry up to 30 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule that allows working weekends and holidays.

$16.50 per hour.
