Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team. As a member of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team you will need strong artistry, sales and service talents. You will be teaching customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry learnt in over 20 years of working at the top of the industry with top celebrities and brands.

You will deliver Charlotte's philosophy of artistry made easy, and be part of the building an amazing beauty business. You will need to be sales driven and have experience in beauty and retail.

• Promote and create makeup magic in store and represent the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury.
• Drive business in store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service.
• Reflect the brand values and customer base; achieve sales targets through creating an amazing experience and exemplary service.
• Deliver Charlotte Tilbury’s philosophy of artistry made easy and provide a unique and personalized shopping experience.
• Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach, maintain open and positive communication with colleagues, and uphold professionalism and creativity at all times.
• Ensure the counter/gondola is customer-ready from open to close; maintain excellent counter hygiene and clean display units, tools and testers.
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels, stock counts, rotation, replenishment and timely merchandising; support events and new launch displays.
• Maintain consistent communication with Brand field team regarding any counter/gondola needs or concerns; manage schedule and timesheets as required.

• Strong artistry skills and experience in beauty and retail.
• Sales-driven with ability to achieve sales targets through outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Ability to educate customers on Charlotte Tilbury techniques and products.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and a positive, proactive attitude.
