• Operates all equipment, stocks ingredients, and prepares product.

• Receives and processes telephone orders, manages inventory, and completes associated paperwork.

• Cleans equipment and facility daily.

• Delivers company products by car, including pizzas, sides, beverages, and marketing materials.

• Maintains product quality during transportation and delivers within the designated area.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.

Comprehends and gives correct written instructions; communicates verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Provide correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Possess motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise, rapid movements.
• Navagate multi‑story buildings, private homes, and adverse terrain while carrying product.
• Use phone and other communication devices effectively.

• Standing, walking short distances, and brief periods of sitting for paperwork.
• Lifting loads up to 60 lbs (e.g., ingredient cases), carrying items up to 30 lbs.
• Carrying and pushing trays, and occasional use of dollies.
• Climbing stairs up to five flights during delivery.
• Stooping, bending, and crouching when stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
• Reaching above 72” and below waist level repeatedly.
• Frequent eye‑hand coordination and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
• Driving under varying weather, night conditions, and handling emergency vehicle situations.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions during delivery.
• Temperature ranges from 36°F in cooler areas to 90°F+ in some work zones.
• Fumes from food odors, commercial dust, and cramped quarters including walk‑in coolers.
• Potential hazards from hot surfaces/tools (up to 500°F or higher), sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery duties.
