Support the Cultural Program as a full-time IRS Administrative Assistant in La Ronge. The role demands specialized administrative skills, providing essential support to health services for community wellbeing.
We are seeking an outgoing, reliable individual to assist LLRIB Health Services. This position involves preparing and maintaining accurate records, organizing meetings, and handling internal and external inquiries. Candidates should have a Grade 12 diploma and a minimum of one year's related experience in administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports
• Organize travel arrangements and meetings efficiently
• Take comprehensive minutes during various meetings
• Compile documents for reports and proposals
• Serve as a contact point for inquiries
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma
• Certificate in Administrative or Office Education preferred
• Knowledge of office equipment and computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Valid Driver’s License with travel ability
