VHA Home Health Care seeks a dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse to enhance our Adult Visiting Program. You will work evening shifts to deliver complex nursing care, including wound management, medication administration, and mental health support. Preference is for professionals who excel in client-centered care and wish to make a meaningful impact in community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and coordinate client care plans

• Provide advanced nursing procedures and support

• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance

• Inform nursing supervisors of client status

• Participate in team meetings and planning sessions

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Valid First Aid or CPR certification

• Experience in acute or community nursing preferred

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
