• Perform general labor duties on construction sites
• Organize, carry, and load heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Set up and clean up tasks on job site
• Dig and back‑fill trenches and holes
• Make repairs in crawl spaces, basements, and around home foundations
• Work exposed to outdoor elements (heat, cold, rain, etc.)

• Knowledge of trade‑specific tools and equipment
• Previous construction industry experience
• Valid non‑restrictive driver’s license (required for promotion)
• Ability to lift up to 22 kg
• Comfortable walking and standing for long periods
• Capacity for strenuous labor in adverse conditions
• Positive team environment, building relationships, professional integrity
• Adherence to safety and anti‑harassment policies
• Follow management instructions; other tasks may be assigned as needed
