What You Will Do:Support. Solve. Deliver.
In our Industrial Equipment Support role, you will be the front line of product expertise providing technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance for JPW’s product lines. You will work with end-users, distributors, sales reps, ASC personnel, and internal teams to ensure that every technical issue is resolved efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance on warranty and non-warranty products through troubleshooting and machine evaluation.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and questions from JPW stakeholders regarding product application and specifications.
- Coordinate field service activities and assign authorization numbers to field service personnel.
- Enter work orders, monitor repair progress, and ensure accurate status updates in the business system.
- Stay up to date on product lines and changes while maintaining knowledge of product operations and materials.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external customers via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Report recurring or significant product issues to management and relevant departments.
- Promote JPW’s core values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation across all interactions.
- Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

- Education:
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. - Experience:
3–5 years of related experience may substitute for formal education. - Technical Knowledge:
Working knowledge of metalworking and woodworking machinery preferred; familiarity with testing and measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators. - Communication
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities; able to explain detailed technical information clearly and professionally. - Problem Solving:
Ability to assess complex technical issues, remain calm under pressure, and focus on effective resolutions. - Computer
Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic technical systems. - Organization:
Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Safety:
Knowledge of safety standards and personal protective equipment; commitment to a safe workplace. - Independence:
Self-motivated and capable of working unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
